Phase 2: OPERATE (Months 4-24)

We run the operations. We handle HR and Facilities. You run the engineering. The team grows and stabilizes.

Phase 3: TRANSFER (Optional)

When the team is large enough (usually 50+ people), you might want to own it legally. We trigger the Transfer Clause. We flip the assets and employment contracts to your new legal entity. The team is yours.
